MAMMA CARMELA.....Jetty Road GLENELG MAMMA CARMELA.....The Parade NORWOOD

now here's two sites that just about every cyclist can vouch for after a hard days riding. Mamma Carmela's is just great. whether your eating in or enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of alfresco dining right on jetty road you won't ever be disappointed with the great menu here. when the sea breeze is whisping down main street GLENELG you can smell the arourma of pizza and coffee tempting the taste buds. service is good and staff are friendly and the prices are very reasonable. it is really a fantastic experience surrounded by the tourist traffic and rumble of historic trams as they pass by. highly recommended with something on the menu to suit everyones "italian taste buds" and just a short walk to the beach.

Now while Les and the staff are doing such a good job beachside don't forget that Ray and his staff also do a great job at Mamma Carmelas at NORWOOD right on the Parade. The food and service standards are every bit as good as "the bay" and may I say that yes "fuel stops" has been out to this great little spot so I do know the layout of the place. Its modern influence in decore is very relaxing and outside under the verandah dining or just enjoying the alfresco style atmosphere is a pleasure. So go spoil yourself and visit both the Mamma Carmela sites. Open long hours starting with breakfast right through to lunch, dinner and light suppers for the night owls.
