Australia, the lucky country and when it comes to food, wine, or a good old fashioned BBQ, it's great to know that we have the freshest and richest quality food available anywhere in the world. The big bonus is of course is the fact that we don't have pollution to affect our food stuffs either. Lifestyle food is about fresh is best where ever possible but please recognise that some items may be out of season at a particular time so you may have to substitute dried, powdered, frozen product. Fish is great to eat but not if your going to eat it as a takeaway all the time. Try this hearty winter warmer featuring Prawns, Boar Fish Cutlets in a rich tomato & red wine sauce with bacon and Bortolli Beans. Fish for those essential oils and beans for fibre, carbohydrate.
