Lifestyle Gardens
South Australia may be the driest state on the driest populated continent but that doesn't mean we live in a drab state. Far from it, all year round there is always something in bloom. This year our state had a very dry winter with just a sprinkling of the normal rainfall we receive. It certainly affected the flowering of many plants, shrubs and bulbs. Almond & Prunus flowers were late and faded quickly as the weather warmed up. As usual the roses of South Australia were magnificent as too were the orchids and camellias.
In this SPECIAL FEATURE EDITION of Lifestyle Gardens we continue our "SPLASH OF COLOR" theme as we welcome all those wonderful flowerings. It's certainly a beautiful time and a real joy to be out there with the camera, working in so many lovely gardens.
Our regular readers will be delighted with our feature photos this editionwith a final look at orchid blooms, beautiful camellias and a new look at the TLC Herb Farm in full bloom. These are all new beautiful photos for you to enjoy. Lifestyle is now looking for gardens that contain FLOWERING BULBS, TREES, SHRUBS & ROSES, so if you're aware of a garden featuring these, or you would like your garden shown in this on-line magazine, please contact Lifestyle On-Line at (08)83264248.
