Competition Conditions
1...THE COMPETITIONS ARE OPEN TO REGISTERED SUBSCRIBERS 16 years and over [Unless stated otherwise]. Membership is not transferable under any circumstances.
a...KIDZ KLUB COMPETITIONS are for CHILDREN 15 and under who may enter comps with their PARENTS APPROVAL on a registered parents email address.
b...KIDZ KLUB COMPETITIONS may be restricted (in some cases) to an advertised age limit.
c...UNLESS stated otherwise, SA only invitation film nights are for the registered ADULT member & their ADULT guest. ADULT means aged 18 years & over.
d...GOLD competitions on this site are only for fully paid up GOLD MEMBERS aged 18 years & over. GOLD Membership is not transferable under any circumstances.
e...THE MOVIE PAGES reserves the right to accept or reject a request for registration/and or current registration at all times.
f...THE MOVIE PAGES reserves the right to suspend mail to either (1) a registered member or (2) a paid subscriber who blatantly disregard competition or registration rules.
g...A.C.T subscribers should note that unless five entries are received from A.C.T subscribers any competition promoted on this site will be NULL & VOID in the A.C.T
2...ALL ENTRIES MUST BE LODGED BY EMAIL and must include your NAME, RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, RESIDENTIAL CONTACT NUMBER and email address.
a...ONLY ONE ENTRY PER REGISTERED PERSON.
b...EACH PERSON MUST HAVE THEIR OWN EMAIL ADDRESS.
3...ALL CLOSING TIMES FOR ALL COMPETITIONS ARE CST & CDST ADELAIDE.
4...IMPACT INTERNET SERVICES ARE COMMITTED TO PROTECTING REGISTERED SUBSCRIBERS PRIVACY.
5...IMPACT INTERNET SERVICES DOES NOT SELL, TRADE OR RENT REGISTERED SUBSCRIBERS INFORMATION.
a) If you enter a competition and fail to register as a subsciber you agree to being added to the mail list.
b) WHERE TICKETS ARE PICKED UP IN PERSON ID may be requested as proof of entitlement.
c) TICKETS to film premieres/advanced screening/special media events are not transferable.
d) INSEASON TICKETS ARE FOR THE USE OF THE WINNING MEMBER. They must be used while the film is inseason or as stated on the ticket.
e) Tickets have no cash value and are not for re-sale. No Free List conditions may apply to some movies displayed.
g) REGISTERED SUBSCRIBERS WILL BE ADVISED IN EMAILS OF COMP WINNERS.
h) I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RE-ALLOCATE A PRIZE AND SUBSITUTE IT WITH ANOTHER PRIZE.
i) In that event it means I reserve the right to not offer a substitute prize
7..EMPLOYEES OF companies associated with promotions on this site are not permitted to enter comps promoted by their employer.
8..PRIZES OFFERED ON THIS SITE are done so in good faith. In the event that an error is made with validity that competition will be null & void.
Winners accept that Impacts liability ends with the postage of such prizes or goods.
Impact does not insure prizes offered on this site. Prizes which are lost in mailing or delivery will not be replaced.
Before entering ticket promotions please check that film[s] are screening at your local theatre [s]. Some films (eg SA Weekly Wallis comp) may be on the No Free List.
If possible Impact will try and offer a substitute prize.
Where a prize is returned because you have failed to notify change of details or supplied incorrect details the prize will be forfeited.
Impact uses Australia Post and recognised carriers for the delivery of goods.
Tickets are posted on the advertised date.
CD's may be posted up to 28 days after the draw.
DVD'S are sent registered mail and may be posted up to 28 days after the draw.
Books may be posted up to 28 days after the draw.
9..PRIZES OFFERED ON THIS SITE ARE NOT FOR RE-SALE. Entrants agree not to sell, or trade prizes offered on this site marked as such.
10..WARRANTY [IES].
a)..No warranties are expressed or implied in regard to any prizes received by contestants in competitions or giveaways on this site.
b)..In the event that a product is found to be faulty the product should be returned to Impact Internet Services.
c)..The replacement or substitution of the product is at the discretion of the manufacturer or its agent.
11..IT IS A BREACH OF THE LOTTERIES ACT to post answers to questions for competitions posted on this site.
Under the LOTTERIES ACT these competitions are classed as a game of chance.
POSTING OF ANSWERS may lead to PROSECUTION by the STATE LOTTERIES COMMISSSION.
